Privacy Policy
Last updated September 25, 2026
This policy covers the Roll the Pot app and this website, operated by UnitElevenGames LLC, 5441 S Macadam Ave, Ste N, Portland, OR 97239 ("we", "us").
1. What we collect
Account information
When you sign in with Apple we receive a stable identifier for your Apple Account, and — only if you choose to share it — your name and email address. Apple lets you hide your real email and give us a relay address instead; that works for everything we need, including delivering a prize. We never receive your Apple Account password.
We also ask for your date of birth before you can enter, and we keep it. The promotion is open only to entrants 18 and older, and a date of birth is how we check that and how we can show later that we asked. If the date you give is under 18, we keep it and refuse entry until that date says you are 18. The first date you give is the one we use; write to us if you gave the wrong one and we will correct it.
Gameplay records
We keep a record of each spin: when it happened, which advertising view paid for it, the reel positions, the outcome, and the pool value at the time. These records exist so that a disputed result can be checked, and so that a published win can be verified against the spin that produced it.
Device and location signals
We record your approximate region, derived from your network address and device settings, because eligibility depends on it and the promotion is void where prohibited. To turn your network address into a country and state we send it to a third-party geolocation provider, which processes it for that lookup. We keep the resulting country and state on your account.
We also store your network (IP) address and an identifier for your device, together with device integrity signals — including Apple's App Attest and its assessment of whether an account looks automated. We do this for two reasons, and only these two.
The first is fairness. There is a single prize pool, and without these signals one person can enter many times from many installs and take prizes from everyone else. This is the check that stands behind a published winner.
The second is that this promotion is not open everywhere, and eligibility is decided from the network address you connect with. So we keep a record of what that address was, what region it resolved to, and what we decided, each time we let you play or paid you a prize. That record is how we can show we applied the rules correctly — and, if someone conceals their location to enter from somewhere the promotion is void, how we can show what we were told at the time.
Device records are deleted 400 days after we last see the device. The eligibility records above are kept for 400 days, or for seven years where they relate to a prize we paid, because a payment can be questioned long after it is made. We do not use any of this for advertising, profiling, or anything other than fraud prevention, eligibility, and proving we followed the rules — and we do not sell it. We do not collect precise GPS location.
Support messages
If you contact us, we keep your message, the email address you gave for a reply, and the account context attached automatically so we can find your records.
Advertising
Advertising is served by third parties. Depending on the permission you give, they may access your device's advertising identifier and collect information about ads shown to you. iOS asks for that permission separately, and you can change it at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
2. Why we use it
- To run the promotion, award prizes, and pay winners.
- To confirm eligibility and verify a winner's identity before payment.
- To detect and prevent fraud, duplicate accounts, and automated play.
- To answer your support requests.
- To meet tax and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Who we share it with
- Our prize fulfilment provider (Tremendous) — your name and delivery email, so a prize can be sent.
- Our hosting and database provider — which stores the data on our behalf.
- Advertising partners — as described above, subject to your tracking permission.
- Tax authorities — where prizes reach the reporting threshold.
- Legal requests — where we are required by law to respond.
4. How long we keep it
- Spin records: up to 400 days.
- Payout records: seven years, because tax rules require it.
- Records behind a published win: retained in anonymised form after account deletion, so the audit trail behind a public result does not develop gaps.
- Support messages: as long as needed to resolve the matter.
5. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app at Profile → Delete account. It is immediate and permanent and removes your spin history. Any balance you have not requested is forfeited, and a payout already in the queue is cancelled, so request a payout first if you want to keep it.
When you delete your account we also revoke the Sign in with Apple token, so Roll the Pot stops appearing under your Apple Account. The retention periods above still apply to payout and published-win records.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a refusal. To make a request, contact us at support@unitelevengames.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
7. Children
Roll the Pot is for adults. You must be 18 or older to take part, and we ask for your date of birth before you can enter. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we will delete any we discover.
8. Security
Outcomes, balances and pool accounting are determined on our servers, not on your device. Access to production data is restricted, and payment credentials for our fulfilment provider are never present in the app. No system is perfect, and we will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
