Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and UnitElevenGames LLC, 5441 S Macadam Ave, Ste N, Portland, OR 97239 ("we", "us"), covering the Roll the Pot app and this website. By using Roll the Pot you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.

1. Who may use Roll the Pot

You must be 18 or older and a resident of, and located in, one of the jurisdictions listed in the Official Rules. The promotion is not available anywhere else, and we enforce this by network location. One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. The promotion

Roll the Pot runs a sweepstakes promotion. The Official Rules govern entry, eligibility, odds, and prizes, and they control if anything here conflicts with them. Nothing in Roll the Pot is for sale. There is no purchase that earns a spin, improves your odds, or increases the prize pool.

3. Nothing you hold is money

There is no currency in Roll the Pot. Nothing in the app is a balance, a deposit, or a stored-value account, and there is nothing to collect, buy, sell, or exchange. A prize is owed only when it is won and paid under the Official Rules.

4. Fair play

You agree not to:

• Create more than one account, or operate accounts on behalf of others.
• Use emulators, automation, scripts, or modified versions of the app.
• Disguise your location using a VPN, proxy, or similar.
• Interfere with advertising delivery, or generate views that are not genuine.
• Attempt to access accounts, records, or systems that are not yours.

We may suspend or close an account, void spins, and withhold payment where we reasonably believe any of the above has occurred. Where a prize is withheld on these grounds we will tell you why and you may respond.

5. Advertising

Advertising is supplied by third parties and we do not control its content. Views that an advertising network classifies as invalid do not earn spins and do not fund the pool.

6. Prizes and payment

Prizes are fulfilled by Tremendous as a gift card, PayPal, or Venmo, on the terms in section 8 of the Official Rules, paid in full with no deduction, and are processed in the order requests are received. Processing may take up to 90 days and in some cases longer; we do not guarantee any particular timeframe. We may verify your identity, age, and region before paying. Taxes are your responsibility, and prizes totalling $600 or more in a calendar year require a completed IRS Form W-9 before payment.

7. Your account, and ending it

You may delete your account at any time in the app at Profile → Delete account. Deleting forfeits any balance you have not requested and cancels any payout still in the queue, so request payment first if you want it.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or if we stop operating Roll the Pot. If we discontinue the app, we will pay valid outstanding payout requests that were properly submitted before the announcement.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. Significant changes will be notified in the app before they take effect. Changes to published odds are governed by the Official Rules and are always published before they apply.

9. No warranty

Roll the Pot is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we do not promise that you will win anything. The odds of winning are published, and they are long.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to Roll the Pot is limited to the value of any prize properly owed to you under the Official Rules and not paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

11. Apple

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is in no way involved with, this promotion or these terms. Apple has no responsibility for the app or any claim relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
