No, but we understand why it looks that way. There is one prize and one winner, so almost every spin loses — that is what a jackpot is.

The odds for every pool size are published in the Official Rules, and the app shows the current odds and how many spins have been taken since the last win. If those numbers do not sound like a good use of your time, that is a fair conclusion to reach, and we would rather you reached it from the real figures than from a guess.

Three cherries on the center row wins the whole pool on the reels; on the card machine, a royal flush in any suit on the center row wins it. On the reels, the chance of that on any one line is exactly the number of cherry symbols on each reel divided by the reel length, multiplied across the three reels — you can count them yourself. The card machine publishes its royal flush odds for every band the same way.

Every roll plays one line — the center row. There is no stake to choose and nothing to buy.

As the pool grows past each threshold, another cherry is added to every reel, more royal cards are added to the card strips, and the odds improve. Every band is published. Nothing about the pool size, how many ads you have watched, or how long it has been since the last win changes the odds within a band.

Only the center row counts. Cherries or a royal flush on any other row do not win — that row is not in play.

This will happen to you, and it is not a glitch. Nine symbols are visible at once, so cherries land somewhere on screen far more often than they land on the center row. That near miss is real, it just is not a win.

Two ways. Every win is listed with the identifier of the exact spin that won it, plus the time and the spin count when it landed. Quote that code to us and we will show you the record: the reel positions, the timestamp, and the pool it paid.

Beyond that, each round is provably fair. Before the round starts we publish a SHA-256 hash of the random seed that will decide every spin in it. When the jackpot is won we publish the seed. You can hash it yourself, check it matches what we committed to beforehand, and replay every spin of the round. A result changed after the fact would not match.

Payouts are handled by Tremendous, a third-party rewards provider. You choose a gift card, PayPal, or Venmo when you request the payout, and requests are processed in the order they are received. Whichever you pick, you get the full amount — we cover the processing fee. A PayPal or Venmo reward has to be claimed within six months; after that it converts to a gift card of the same value.

Please allow up to 90 days, and in some cases longer. We would rather tell you that up front than promise a date we cannot keep — advertising revenue reaches us on a delay, and payouts follow it.

Because a prize has to be attached to somebody. Signing in ties your winnings to an account we can verify, which is what lets us pay a winner with confidence and stops one person from farming the pool across a dozen throwaway installs.

You do not create a password and you do not have to give us your email address — Apple can hide it and forward your prize to your real inbox. If you sign out or revoke access, your balance is still tied to that Apple Account and comes back when you sign in again.

There is nothing to reach. Every jackpot starts at $5.00 — the smallest amount our rewards provider can send — so anything you win can be cashed out straight away, in one request.

In the app: Profile → Delete account. It is immediate and permanent, and it removes your spin history along with it.

Two things to know first. Any balance you have not requested is forfeited, and a payout already in the queue is cancelled — so cash out before you go. We keep payout records for seven years because tax rules require it, and we keep the anonymised spin record behind any published win so the audit trail stays intact.

You must be 18 or older and in an eligible region. The promotion is void where prohibited. We check your region before sending a payout, so please do not use a VPN — it will hold up your payment.

Prizes are income. If your prizes total $600 or more in a calendar year we are required to collect a completed IRS Form W-9 before paying, and to report the amount. We are not able to give tax advice.
